"We had a GREAT experience with William Payne! He is an expert in real estate. He was keenly aware that the market here in Bella Vista was changing (there was low inventory on pre-existing homes) and rather than list for what homes previously sold for (comps in our area) he listed our home above comps and we sold same day we listed and... above asking price! William is a broker and charges 1% for selling your home compared to real estate agents that sell for 3% so we saved 2% of the selling price. Why would you want to pay 3% to sell your home when you can pay 1%? That price includes professional photos of your home for the MLS listing and William walking you through all the contracts and negotiations, he handled everything. He is a professional and very responsive with communication. We were so pleased with William and will use him again and refer him to others for all real estate needs."
